Governs movement, creativity and the nervous system. In balance it brings energy and flexibility; out of balance it shows up as anxiety, dry skin or irregular digestion.
Governs metabolism, digestion and focus. In balance it brings clarity and drive; out of balance it shows up as irritability, acidity or inflammation.
Governs structure, immunity and stability. In balance it brings calm and endurance; out of balance it shows up as sluggishness, weight gain or congestion.
Ayurveda holds that everyone is a unique mix of all three doshas, usually with one or two more dominant. Your Prakriti — set at birth — shapes the diet, routine and therapies that work best for your body.

Clinical research continues to explore curcumin's effect on inflammatory markers in the body.
Haridra (turmeric) has long been used to balance Pitta dosha and support Agni, the digestive fire.
Pair turmeric with black pepper and warm milk at night for better absorption at home.
Emerging research links gut microbiome health to mood regulation and stress response.
Ayurveda has always treated Agni and mental clarity as inseparable, centuries before the term "gut-brain axis" existed.
Favour warm, freshly cooked meals and consistent mealtimes to steady both digestion and mood.
Studies on regular Pranayama practice show measurable reductions in circulating cortisol levels.
Pranayama is described as a direct lever on Prana Vayu, the subtle air governing the nervous system.
Five minutes of slow, even breathing before bed can meaningfully ease the day's accumulated stress.

Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old Indian system of medicine that treats the root cause of disease rather than symptoms. Unlike modern medicine's one-size-fits-all approach, Ayurveda recognises that every individual has a unique constitution (Prakriti) — a combination of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha doshas — and tailors treatment, diet, and lifestyle accordingly.
Yes. All sessions — Ayurvedic consultations, psychology, yoga, meditation, and mantra — are available globally via Zoom. We have active clients across the UK, USA, UAE, Australia, Germany, and Canada.
Most clients begin experiencing noticeable shifts within 3–4 sessions. However, deep healing is a journey. For chronic conditions, a 3-month protocol is recommended. For mental wellness and spiritual growth, ongoing monthly sessions provide sustainable transformation.
Yoga sessions at Samarpan focus on Hatha Yoga asanas, breathwork (Pranayama), and body awareness — healing the physical and pranic body. Meditation sessions, including Ajapa Japa, work at a subtler level — training attention, dissolving mental patterns, and cultivating inner stillness.
Absolutely. Samarpan welcomes people from all walks of life regardless of religion, spiritual background, or prior experience. The practices are presented practically and scientifically wherever helpful.
This is the essence of Samarpan's approach. The most powerful results come from integrating Ayurveda, Psychology, Yoga, and Mantra together. After your initial consultation, our team will recommend a multi-modal protocol tailored for your specific situation.
A single step is all it takes.
