Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Samarpan's holistic wellness services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Samarpan (operated by Harsh Ranjan), governing your use of our wellness services, website, and all related offerings.

Services Offered

Samarpan provides holistic wellness consulting services including:

• Ayurvedic Consultations — Personalised Dosha assessment and Panchakarma protocols
• Therapeutic Psychology — Somatic and depth-psychology techniques for trauma and anxiety
• Yoga Sessions — Hatha Yoga and Pranayama for body and pranic healing
• Meditation & Ajapa Japa — Mindfulness and consciousness practices
• Nutrition Planning — Ayurvedic diet and personalised nutritional guidance
• Mantra Chanting — Sound healing and vibrational therapy
• Sacred Yatra — Guided pilgrimages to spiritual destinations

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Booking & Cancellation

Session Booking

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our official channels
• Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours
• Payment must be completed before the scheduled session
• Session duration and format will be specified at booking

Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellations — Must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late Cancellations — Within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-Shows — Will be charged the full session fee
• Rescheduling — Allowed once free of charge with 24-hour notice
• Provider Cancellations — Full refund or rescheduling offered at no charge

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods — UPI, bank transfer, online payment platforms
• Currency — Prices listed in INR unless otherwise stated
• Payment Timing — Due at time of booking confirmation
• Refunds — Processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method
• Pricing Changes — We reserve the right to modify prices with advance notice
• Packages — Valid for specified duration; non-transferable to other individuals

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health information and disclose relevant medical conditions
• Follow guidelines and recommendations responsibly
• Attend sessions punctually and prepared
• Maintain respectful communication at all times
• Not share session recordings or confidential materials without permission
• Inform us of any concerns or discomfort immediately
• Understand that results vary individually and depend on your commitment

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality for all clients:

• All session content and personal information are kept strictly private
• No information shared without your explicit written consent
• Exceptions apply only in case of legal obligations or immediate safety concerns
• Session recordings (if any) are for your personal use only

You also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, materials, and techniques shared during sessions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for outcomes or results from following recommendations
• Not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days
• Client assumes responsibility for implementing wellness practices safely

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

• Website content, designs, logos, and branding are owned by Samarpan / Harsh Ranjan
• Session materials, guides, and recordings are for your personal use only
• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited
• Client testimonials may be used for marketing with your prior permission

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other clients or staff
• Share login credentials or confidential materials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our methods commercially
• Provide false information or impersonate others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services or website
• Use content for commercial purposes without written authorization

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement:

• Communication First — Contact us directly to resolve issues amicably
• Mediation — We agree to good-faith mediation if needed
• Jurisdiction — Governed by the laws of India
• Venue — Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For abusive or inappropriate behavior
• At our discretion with reasonable notice
• With refund for unused prepaid services where applicable

You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of our services and contacting us to request data deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated date
• Notified via email for significant changes
• Effective immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
