"The body remembers what the mind forgets. Healing is not fixing — it is returning to wholeness."

Harsh Ranjan in practice

"My vision is simple — a world where healing isn't an escape from modern life, but a way of meeting it: awake, whole, and unafraid."

The Journey

A Path Born From
Personal Transformation

Harsh Ranjan's journey into spirituality began in childhood, driven by a deep curiosity about consciousness, breath, and the nature of the self. This inner calling gradually evolved into a lifelong commitment to holistic wellbeing and personal growth.

In his early twenties, that curiosity turned inward toward India's own knowledge systems — its vast heritage of Ayurveda, the classical Samhitas, and centuries of recorded wisdom on the body and mind. He turned to the timeless teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga — not merely out of curiosity, but through a genuine search for healing and inner balance. This journey led him to explore renowned centres of yogic learning, including the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger and the Divine Life Society's Sivananda Ashram in Rishikesh, while continuing to study and practice traditional wellness disciplines.

Alongside his academic pursuits in Ayurveda Biology at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, he has travelled extensively across India, learning from teachers, practitioners, and diverse traditions. These experiences have shaped his approach to integrating Ayurveda, Yoga, mindfulness, and modern perspectives on holistic wellbeing.

His curiosity did not stop at practice. Harsh continues to actively research Ayurveda — studying classical texts alongside contemporary clinical literature to understand how ancient formulations and therapies hold up under modern scrutiny. This ongoing research keeps his work grounded, evidence-aware, and open to the questions each new client brings.

The spirit of Samarpan—meaning complete surrender and dedicated service—has become the foundation of his work. Through Samarpan Wellness, he seeks to make authentic holistic wisdom accessible, practical, and relevant for modern life.

Shaped by years of travel and learning across India — from Himalayan ashrams to Varanasi's ancient centres of mantra and Ayurvedic study

The Samarpan Philosophy

"Samarpan means complete surrender — not defeat, but the courageous act of releasing what no longer serves. When we stop fighting ourselves, healing becomes inevitable."

What He Stands For

Core Values

01

Satya — Truth

Honest, evidence-informed practice. We never overpromise a timeline for healing — only an honest path toward it.

02

Seva — Service

Every session is offered as an act of service, not a transaction. The teacher serves the student, always.

03

Samas — Integration

Body, mind, and soul held together. No part of you is left outside the healing process — integration is both the goal and the method.

04

Shakti — Empowerment

The goal isn't dependency on the healer, but the awakening of your own inner intelligence and self-healing capacity.

05

Shraddha — Faith

Not blind belief, but a grounded trust in the process — in the body's own capacity to heal, given the right conditions and enough time.

Spiritual Lineage

Shaped at the Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, within the living lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati — and carried further at Rikhiapeeth, under the guidance of Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati, Peethadeswari of Rikhiapeeth. Two seats of learning, one unbroken thread of transmission — everything received in the Bihar Yoga and Satyananda tradition has come purely by Guru Kripa, the grace of the Guru.
