"Every transformation begins with the courage to face oneself β to return home to the body, to the breath, and to the truth that heals."

A Path Born From
Personal Transformation
Harsh Ranjan's relationship with spirituality began not in adulthood, but in childhood β a deep, quiet pull toward the inner world that never left him. Raised with an innate curiosity about consciousness, breath, and the nature of the self, he began walking the path long before formal training began.
In his early twenties, facing physical imbalances and an anxious mind, he turned to the ancient sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga β not from curiosity, but from genuine seeking. This led him across India: to the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger and deep into the teachings of the Rikhiapeeth tradition.
He formally studied Ayurveda Biology at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. A lifelong traveller across sacred India, he has sat with masters in Mysore, Kedarnath, and beyond β weaving Ayurvedic science, Yoga therapy, mantra, and depth psychology into a coherent healing methodology.
This entire journey of surrender β Samarpan β became not just his practice, but his offering to the world.
