Yes, completely. The initial 20-minute Dosha Assessment is complimentary β€” no credit card, no obligation. It's a genuine opportunity for you to experience the approach and for Harsh to understand your needs.

Individual sessions are typically 60 minutes. Initial consultations (Ayurveda and Psychology) may run 75–90 minutes. Yoga and Meditation sessions are 60 minutes.

A stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and the free Zoom app. For Yoga sessions, ensure you have space for a mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without charge. We understand emergencies β€” just communicate and we will always find a solution.

After your booking request is confirmed, Harsh will send payment details. We accept UPI, bank transfer (India), and international wire transfer. Payment is made in advance of each session or monthly cycle.
